Use your favorite mapping tool to get to Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, 14390 Air and Space Museum Pkwy, Chantilly, VA 20151. Exit from Route 28 to get to the main entrance.Check out our tips for getting here.
Tip: Some mapping tools misdirect to a closed security road off Rt. 50 where no visitor entry is allowed.
Parking
Parking is $15 (free after 4pm)
Bring your parking ticket inside to pay before you leave and expedite your exit through the parking gates.
Drop-offs are free if the driver exits the parking lot within 30 minutes.
Lines can form outside the building on busy days. Be prepared for heat or inclement weather.
John L. Plueger Family Welcome Center
Visit the John L. Plueger Family Welcome Center, located directly behind security screening. There you can grab a Museum map and get information and recommendations from volunteers.
Sensory bags are available at the John L. Plueger Family Welcome Center for neurodiverse visitors. Bags include noise reduction headphones, fidget toys, and other tools to help make the Museum more accessible for neurodiverse visitors
Free lockers are located nearby. Lockers can fit backpacks and carry-on sized bags. Checked-size bags (larger suitcases) can be brought onto the Museum floor.
An ATM is also located nearby.
Accessibility
Wheelchairs are available near the security screening on a first-come, first-served basis.
